Rallying with Subaru on the Isle of Man

The Isle of Man is a small scenic stretch of land situated in a spot of sea between the United Kingdom and Ireland. It’s also the home to one of the most (if not THE most) insane bit of motorsports on the planet.

The Isle of Man TT.

Even though the event casts a bright spotlight on the two-wheeled machines that tear up the nearly 38 miles of TT course, one of the race sponsors is Subaru.

We trekked to this island nation to take in the race (and you’ll see more on that soon), but we also wanted to sample a bit of the Subaru wilder side.

So to do that, we took in some instruction from Pro Rally Racer (and Manxman) Mark Higgins before being let loose in a mildly upgraded BRZ and then a full-on Group R Subaru WRX STI rally car.

In the words of Ice Cube... we gotta say it was a good (few) day(s).
